Nakai Chitose is the innkeeper of Yuragi-sou.
Appearance
She has the appearance of a young 13-year old middle school girl. She has brown hair and amber eyes.
Personality
A mature person due to her long life, she became the inn's mother figure with a cheerful attitude. As a zashiki-warashi, she certainly has an energetic attitude on life. But she retains a neutral to pacifistic measures and never used her ability easily.
Background
She has been the zashiki-warashi for the Yuragi-sou for a long time. At some point she met Ameno Shigure. She came to know Tsutomu when he was a kid and he even asked her to marry him when they grow-up. But decades later, she still retains her features while Tsutomu grew old.
At some point, before the story, a guest died at the Yuragi-sou and became a ghost. Chitose found her and gave the name "Yunohana Yuuna" to the ghost.
Plot
She is the innkeeper at Yuragi-sou, taking care of everything maintenable.

Fortune Manipulation
Being a zashiki-warashi, she can bring about luck, either good or bad. After doing so a counter-effect happens at an unknown time later.

Being an innkeeper, she is able to cook and clean.
Relationships
Tsutomu
She has known Tsutomu since he was a kid. He played with her and even asked her to be his wife when he grows up.
In the present, he is the principal of a middle school and was able to fulfill her dream to attend school just like a normal girl. He just says that she will forever stuck on that figure, however long.
